Calm Winds Mean Foggy Mornings and Warmer Days – Weekend Forecast for South MS/LA/AL 11/12/25

It’s quite a bit warmer today! Temperatures reach the low 70s with a few clouds in the sky. We’ll continue the trend and even warm up more as the weekend progresses. Another concern will be the foggy conditions for the next several days because of the lack of wind. Let’s take a look.

Tomorrow

We’ll start things off pretty mild in the morning as temperatures reach the mid 50s overnight. Patchy fog is possible around much of the coastal south. Low and mid-level clouds will move in during the day from the south. Highs will be in the upper 70s.

Friday

We’ll have another chance for patchy fog in the morning and lows will be in the mid 50s again. Increasing clouds will come along later in the day, however we’ll still reach the upper 70s in the afternoon. If you’re going to the football game, you can dress a little lighter.

The Weekend

No rain is expected this weekend! It’ll be a pretty warm one for mid-November, so dress accordingly. Fog is still possible overnight into Saturday, so be careful if you’re driving in it. Lows will reach the mid 50s and highs in the upper 70s. If you’re going to one of the college football games, you can dress light during the day and bring a light jacket for the evening.

We’ll have another mild morning on Sunday with lows in the mid to upper 50s. As the high pressure system moves out, the winds will shift towards the west. Highs will hit around 80 during the day with few clouds in the sky. We won’t be expecting rain for a little while longer. Models are suggesting rain and thunderstorms moving in by mid-week next week. I’ll have an update on Friday about it.
