Well, that was a fun vacation!

Good morning everyone, my deepest apologies for the lack of weather info on the site lately. After a short long vacation, I’m back in the saddle, though.

And as we move through the next few days things are going to get very interesting across the southern plains. The current computer weather models are all over the road, but in the next 24-48 hours they should start to get a better handle on the next system and the drastic cooldown that is moving toward the area.

I’ll have a full breakdown posted by later today. I’d like to wait until the 12z model runs are available as the last two runs have been rather erratic.
