Calmer today, through weekend, rain returns next week: Southern MS/AL/LA Weather Forecast – 2/17/23

Storms are gone, but the wind will be with us today. Things are actually looking a tad bit breezy today. Sustained wind between 15mph and 20mph nearly all day. And it may continue through the night tonight. That may set us up from some pretty cold wind chills tomorrow morning.

The weekend looks pretty good, all things considered. It you are doing any Mardi Gras activities Mother Nature won’t get in the way – aside from being a bit chilly.

Next week looks to be the next chance for rain. Again on Wed/Thurs. Right now the threat for severe weather looks limited, so hopefully we can get a bit of a break!
