Weekend Vacation Spot/Trip Forecast – 6/25/26

Regional Outlook

Hey all! After today, we are heating up even more to the middle to upper 90s with nice weather to look forward to. This is actually the first vacation forecast I have made with nice weather forecasted for the weekend! Each day (Fri, Sat, Sun) will feature plentiful sunshine with mixed clouds.

We do have to watch out for the change of a pop-up shower or thunderstorm, as we typically do in the summertime. With all of the heat and humidity and the afternoon sea breezes, a quick thundershower can always pop up unexpectedly.

Our synoptic pattern for each day is shown below. For Friday, a warm front will lift to the northeast, so that day could feature greatest chance of those popup showers/t-storms. By Saturday and into Sunday, high pressure will settle in and keep things dry and summery!

Check out the European models look at the rainfall coverage for each day this weekend below. When you see those light green colors that aren’t widespread over our area, that means that there’s the chance for some afternoon thundershowers to pass by, but we’re largely staying dry, hot, and sunny all weekend!
