It is feeling like summer in south Mississippi our temperatures stay warm though the next seven days. The chance of rain will increase on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week when we have a short wave trough move though the area giving us a chance of rain and more clouds.

Friday are skies will stay mostly sunny with high temperatures in the upper 80’s our rain chances will be low to end the week with only a 10-percent chance of seeing a passing shower. Over night lows will be in the 60’s.

The weekend looks warm with highs in the upper 80’s and lower 90’s. Our winds will stay out of the south giving us a chance of seeing a afternoon shower or two on both days.

Going into the next work week, Monday we will start seeing more clouds with a high temperature around 90.

Tuesday into Wednesday that is when the short wave trough will move through giving us the clouds and rain chances. Along with the clouds we will see our highs stay in the upper 80’s which isn’t much but we have to take whatever break we can get this time of year.

Thursday we will see more in the way of sunshine and daytime highs back up to around 90. Winds will be out of the southwest around 5mph and over night lows in the low to mid 70’s.
