Nice weather today, increasing rain tomorrow through Saturday: Southern MS/AL/LA Weather Forecast – 2/15/24

Not much new to report! Things are still looking good for today. Tomorrow the clouds start to increase and we will see a few shots for some light rain and drizzle during the afternoon with a better shot for rain overnight.

We will have showers holding on Saturday morning and into the afternoon. Severe weather is not anticipated and heavy rain isn’t even all too likely. This should just be a good solid regular ole rain event.

In fact, even looking out through the next seven days, it looks like the risk for severe weather is on the low-end of the scale (or zero).

The CIPS Analogs shows that seven days from now, on February 22 (2/23 at 00z) we will have another shot for storms with a risk for severe weather to our north… But otherwise, things are looking good!
